The Healthcare Practice is a wholly owned subsidiary of WPA, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We only advise on WPA's products and services, which provide access to the sort of healthcare that we want for ourselves and our families.
We hold ourselves to the highest professional standards. We are established members of the British Franchise Association, adhering to its Code of Ethics. All our Healthcare Partners hold, or are studying towards, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance. So our clients can be confident they are working with qualified and professional advisors.

Information Security Management ISO/IEC 27001:2013
We take the security of our clients' information very seriously. WPA was one of the first UK insurance companies to achieve the internationally recognised Information Security Management standard. We do everything possible to protect sensitive information from unauthorised access.
Business Continuity Management ISO 22301:2012
We work hard to protect our clients at all times. So even if something unexpected happens to us, like a fire, we can still continue to operate as usual. We are proud to have achieved full accreditation for Business Continuity Management, meaning our clients can always rely on us no matter what might happen.
Quality Management ISO 9001:2015
We keep our standards of service extremely high by continually and critically reviewing what we do. We provide the highest levels of customer service and are independently certified as meeting the standards for Quality Management Systems on a group-wide basis.
Environmental Management ISO 14001:2015
We invest in systems and services to reduce waste of our natural resources. The paper we use is made up of fibre sourced from well-managed forests, independently certified according to the rules of the Forest Stewardship Council. We have been awarded the Environmental Management standard - one of the highest benchmarks in environmental management and best practice.
